About The Life Center

THE LIFE CENTER, through its broad array of services, is a place where broken hearts can be mended, where wounded souls can find healing and nurturing, and where the eyes can learn to see the world with its endless possibilities anew, or perhaps, for the very first time.

Please keep three things in mind as you think about The Life Center:

1) CONNECTION: You will experience love, warmth, and friendship, ALWAYS!

2) INSPIRATION: Our Purpose is to facilitate living an inspired life (enthused, stimulated, stirred, encouraged, moved & motivated).

3) PARTICIPATION: We plan to be a 24hr center for "life enhancing & enriching" activities for the community, i.e., for children and adults alike.

TLC will make many services available to you, and we will need your long-term support in whatever way you can provide as we work to enrich your life in countless ways.  Your financial support is critical and so very much appreciated as we embark together on a journey that will fundamentally change our community, and in turn, inspire the world.  Volunteering is another way you can help us fulfill our vision for the future.  Please visit our Life Giving - Your Support page for other ways to help.  We are always available to meet with you as you think of ideas that can help us grow and ultimately achieve our vision for an inspired and enriched community.

The Team That Serves You...

Ramy Louis, Founder & President

Ramy Louis moved to Bend Oregon in 2000 after living in Southern California for almost 15 years.  There, he worked in the corporate milieu for some of the largest corporations in America while also serving the dreams of countless recording artists by writing, arranging, and producing hundreds of music projects.

Ramy's journey took a 180 degree turn in
Central Oregon when he felt summoned by the Universe to serve and empower lives to thrive.  He became a professional Life Coach.

The Vision for The Life Center started with one very simple question: "Where do teens and young adults in this community go to feel connected and inspired?"  Next came a vision that included creating a place where all of community could experience fun, beauty, love and warmth, with programs and stimulating activities that engage and enrich the soul.  It's in that spirit that our signature events -
Oregon's Health & Wellness Expos - were born, i.e., the Central Oregon, Willamette Valley and Portland Metro Expos (click here for more details).

Current projects include sharing TLC's vision with as many people as possible, managing every aspect of Oregon's Health, Wellness & Fitness Expos, raising the funds necessary to physically build this extraordinary place called The Life Center (see our vision), and producing the television series "Living, From A-Z", now under development.  You can reach Ramy directly at (541) 420-2228, or by email at oregonhealth@gmail.com.

Jane Meyers, CHt, Past President of The Network of Entrepreneurial Women, Central Oregon
Jane Meyers has a passion in life to create caring connections through building community.  The
Life Center excites her as a place where she can use her gifts to enrich our local community by fostering an energy of interdependence and harmony.  Jane will oversee the development of programs for TLC.  Although a gifted teacher herself, her passion is to empower people in our community to offer a wide range of programs that will make everyone feel like they have a place here.  Jane has been very instrumental over the last several years, first as President, and then as Membership Co-Director, in growing the Network of Entrepreneurial Women in Central Oregon.  This organization is now known as a place where women come to connect and support one another in business and in life.  Jane is elated to be able to bring this supportive and fun energy to our larger community through TLC.

Jane is also part of our Life Coaching Center.  She has been in the business of counseling and hypnotherapy in Bend since 1993.  As both an intuitive and a connector, she excels in helping individuals access inner wisdom, peace and love.  With Jane as your guide, you will replace self-defeating patterns with self-acceptance and the ability to spring forward into the life of your dreams.  Jane is the author of Magic Child, a book about accessing love and power from the inside out, as well as numerous hypnotherapy CD's.  You can order these items or learn more about Jane's practice at www.janemeyers.com.  You can contact her directly at (541) 388-2929 or via email at jane@janemeyers.com.

Shannon M. Bart, M.A., Wellness Coach
Shannon graduated from the University of Denver with her Master's degree in Counseling Psychology.  She spent close to eleven years as a counselor and social worker taking care of people suffering with chronic illnesses and injuries.  She is also the survivor of a traumatic auto accident and chronic kidney disease resulting in a successful transplant in November of 2005.  She was introduced to coaching in 2004 and less than a year after her transplant completed her coursework from the Institute for Life Coach Training.  Because the client-coach relationship is based on a positive, action-oriented model, it was a perfect fit for where she wanted to direct her energies.

Being Well Coaching, LLC was born out of Shannon's experience as a counselor, social worker, athlete and patient.  She is a big proponent of helping people take personal responsibility and make good choices.  She is currently a member of the International Coach Federation, as well as the local ICF coaching group in Bend, Oregon.

Personal Message from
Shannon...

"My wish for my clients is that they will value their bodies, spirits, and minds by making personal choices that nourish them.  Wellness to me is a very holistic concept that encompasses our emotional and spiritual as well as physical selves.  I believe that taking care of our whole selves should feel good and be rewarding, and people are more likely to be successful when that is the case."
Shannon can be reached at (541) 410-9648 or via email at beingwellcoach@yahoo.com.

Terry Daggett, CHt, Creator of "Living Large" At The Life Center
After being in private practice for 15 years, the opportunity to be part of this amazingly gifted Coaching and Counseling team at the Life Center is the realization of a long time personal and professional dream for Terry, one that has fueled her already never ending love of her work.  She envisions The Life Center as a basket of kind hands, there to hold and support the community.  Being one of those hands is a tremendous and thrilling honor.

Even though throughout Terry's many years in private practice she continued adding tools to her therapeutic toolbox, attending numerous trainings and receiving certifications in order to keep her skills lively and fresh, her true belief is that love itself is the true and greatest healer.  She brings a heart-centered approach to all her sessions, drawing on her education, her own healing journey in therapy and spiritual growth, an ability to laugh at her own humanity and a commitment to being transparently human.  Terry's passion and her gift is seeing the wholeness inside each person and supporting them to not only see it as well, but to claim it and live from that place of innocence and authentic power which resides inside us all.  Regardless of limiting beliefs, self-doubts, or even feelings of shame, there is a magnificent spirit untouched and full of love in you, just waiting to be set free.  While holding that vision of wholeness until you can experience it for yourself, based on your goals, Terry teaches practical tools for transforming what seem like obstacles into useful information and energy for creating the relationships, the connections, the jobs, the life you want.

Terry not only loves working with individuals and couples but finds great joy and creativity facilitating groups.  Presently she offers a Tuesday night women's group and a Thursday night relationship group for men and women in all stages of relationships.

In her own 20 year spiritual quest, she has discovered that there are many beautiful paths to the Divine and she honors them all.  She invites you to follow your path into the work you'll do together.  For more information about Living Large at The Life Center, please visit www.LivingLargeAtTLC.com.  You can also call Terry at (541) 788-2385, or email her at tdaggett_livinglarge@yahoo.com.
